The Choosing Conscious Elderhood experience was so valuable to me – a time for me to reflect upon the elder phase of life’s journey that I am entering. It confirmed and opened new perspectives and awareness of many ways to go towards the last third of my life with a sense of refreshed identity, adventure, commitment, self-acknowledgement, gratitude, acceptance and empowerment.
