Perhaps the most important development task at this time of life is to choose conscious elderhood, but how do I do that? What do I need to change? What do I need to let go?
For me, being in retreat in Ghost Ranch with Ron and Anne as guides allowed me to answer these questions in my own individual way. Having a group who were also seeking made finding my answers more possible. The group support, acceptance and wisdom I experienced encouraged my journey.
