I was thrilled to have the opportunity to participate in a Conscious Aging Retreat with elders Ron Pevny and Anne Wennhold in October, 2016. It was held at the beautiful and magical Ghost Ranch in the high desert of New Mexico, also know as the Land of Enchantment. Ron and Anne, as retreat leaders really set the tone for a safe, sacred circle full of love, care, kindness and compassion. The week was composed of ritual, ceremony, experiential exercises, story-telling, wisdom teachings, letting-go work, deep reflective work, a precious day of solitude, and many “holy moments.” I am so glad to walk away from the retreat with so much knowledge, practical tools and insight for myself and hopefully to share with many!
